Olfasense develops and delivers top-level expertise in sensory analysis methods and their application to odor issues in the environmental sector as well as in the field of product and material testing. Olfasense is able to carry out high-performance odor measurements with odor parameters such as odor concentration, odor intensity and hedonics, but also molecular analyses with state-of-the-art laboratory equipment in the cosmetics and raw materials sector.

The INCI experts develop customized solutions, for example in the development of formulations, functional preparations with specific added value or when it comes to regulatory safety and a successful brand image. They make their wide-ranging network available for this purpose.

Matahari GmbH specializes in the valuation of companies and the development and implementation of concepts in the fast-moving consumer goods sector. The Swiss-based company was founded by Prof. Dr. Sven Gohla, who still manages the company today. Gohla holds a degree in pharmacy, a doctorate in immunology and a postdoctoral qualification in pharmaceutical technology. With his experience in the fields of biotechnology, medical products and cosmetics (brands and ingredients), he translates technology into products that are relevant to brands and target groups.

Albrecht Dörschner is an expert in Intellectual Property Management (IP). With more than 25 years of experience as a senior R&D manager, he has extensive know-how in the fields of cosmetic and medical formulations and technologies. He has been working as an independent consultant for more than seven years.

MDSS

Our task is to define the legal framework and requirements for cosmetic products in the European Union (EU) and in the EU member states. United Kingdom (UK) or also the Switzerland and guide their company through the necessary processes, particularly with regard to the provisions of the EU Cosmetics Regulation and the corresponding UK legislation. Important focal points here include the preparation of safety assessments, product labeling, notification (CPNP/SCPN), etc.

With MDSS as your company's Responsible Person (RP), we are also happy to take on the mandate as your legal representative at EU/UK level and as the first point of contact for the competent authorities.
